Archangel of Thune + Spike Feeder, removing a counter off spike feeder to gain life, triggering archangel of thune to replace the counter, repeat for infinite life and counters.

Secondary combo is having 2 Enduring Scalelord out at once then when a creature gets a counter they both trigger each other for infinite counters on both.
