The entire deck is purposely based off the win-condition of Barren Glory. We want to stall as much as possible in order to bring this enchantment, along with a copy of Oblivion Ring and cast a Worldpurge to send everything back to the library, including all cards in hand.

While Barren Glory is in exile from Oblivion Ring, we get to cast Worldpurge, which allows us to send everything to the library except Barren Glory, which returns to the battlefield as a result of Oblivion Ring leaving the battlefield.

Our stall cards are Wall of Denial, Wall of Omens and Fog Bank. Our disruption consists of Hindering Light, Azorius Charm, Cancel, Deprive, Oblivion Ring, Supreme Verdict and Worldpurge. For card draw and tutors, we use Opt, Hindering Light, Azorius Charm and Lost Auramancers.
