A budget angel deck with a lifegain subtheme. On curve, play Segovian Angel, Angelic Page, Angel of Vitality, Seraph of Dawn, Herald of Faith, and Goldnight Redeemer. Prism Ring contributes to lifegain, Serene Steward gets you counters, Rally of Wings adds combat tricks, and Bishop of Wings helps with resiliency. Sky Tether, Trapped in the Tower, and Banishing Light add removal.

If you've got a couple of extra bucks, the first thing to do is sub in three more copies of Bishop of Wings for the Angelic Page and two copies of Prism Ring - Bishop is the best card in the deck, but I could only fit in one on the $5 budget. Then, I would replace Trapped in the Tower and Banishing Light with angels like Angel of Condemnation and Angel of Sanctions. Finally, you can replace Herald of Faith and Goldnight Redeemer with whatever expensive angels you like.
