This budget deck is based around cheap vehicles like Consulate Dreadnought, Fleetwheel Cruiser, and Heart of Kiran (36 cents post-rotation!). You can either pilot them the traditional way with Toolcraft Exemplar, Veteran Motorist, etc. or turn them into creatures with Peacewalker Colossus, Siege Modification, and Start Your Engines. If you want to stick with a Dwarf theme, you can replace Inventor's Apprentice with Restoration Specialist, but this deck is so fast that you'll rarely have to use her special ability - with the right draw, you'll be attacking with a 10/11 first-striker or a 7/4 flyer as early as turn 3.
