First try at building pauper. Or anything really. Anyway, Cats. They're cheap and enchantments give them bigger claws. I haven't tested this against other decks yet, but I feel it needs better utility to really take advantage of Steppe Lynx, I've considered simply dumping the Apostle's Blessing and adding more Evolving Wilds or bringing the number of Orzhov Basilica and Scoured Barrens up to 4 and adding 2 more of Necromancer's Magemark. Could benefit from some additional card draw as well.

Also, no clue on what to do for a sideboard.

Finally had a chance to sit down and play this deck a few times against a variety of others, all considered "Casual" and not in the pauper format. This deck can be a beast if your opponent lacks proper enchantment/creature removal. Cats vs. Elves: 2-0; Cats vs. Artifact/Colorless = 6-0; Cats vs. Vampires = 2-2; Cats vs. UB = 2-1. Surprisingly, this isn't a super fast deck, although it can play quick if you get the right hand, and I wouldn't necessarily call it mid-range.
