Credits to my cousin for drafting this deck, I'm just upgrading it. It's pretty obvious- play lands, get a Fluctuator out, and cycle for free until you get a Laboratory Maniac for now. I'm trying to see if there's a way to get free cards or something and some actual good ramp.
