This deck blows people up very quickly, and can pull big damage out even after you've stalled out.

The Siege Dragons here should be Hoarding Dragons, seems like the database doesn't have that card

I expect this deck to do very well against people who do not respect the doom engine or are playing shock lands willy nilly.

Only non-rotation cards I thought about were shock lands, but this deck can win on a budget, and the lands are helpful but not backbraking if you don't have them, so I left them out.
