Basic combo mill deck that fetches for Isochron Scepter, Grindclock, Palladium Myr and Dramatic Reversal which allows for a insta-win. This deck wins around turn 4 and is carried by removal spells the deck also has 3 ways to tutor the parts of the combo in addition to casting the spell with the power of remand if they try to counter. One problem is Thoughtseize and other forced discard but generally you can sideboard in a better counter spell or just not verse decks like 8 rack.

TLDR It mills people with infinitely Isochron Scepter + Grindclock + Palladium Myr + Dramatic Reversal.

To make this deck budget remove the side board and replace the Merchant Scrolls
