Thought Lash is really nice card in Zedruu EDH. Same can be said about Aggressive Mining, Pyromancer's Swath, Mindmoil, Thought Devourer, Statecraft, Psychic Vortex, and Paradox Haze.
You also can try gifting someone a Summoner's Egg with a Sky Swallower or a Leveler imprinted on it, then with destroying that Egg in some way, shape, or form.

Pyromancer's Swath, Statecraft, Illusions of Grandeur, Thought Devourer, Thought Eater, Thought Nibbler, Bronze Bombshell, Celestial Dawn, Alabaster Leech, Ruby Leech, Sapphire Leech, imo Transcendence looks like fun

Abilities on permanents that say "your" refer to the controller of that object. If you Donate Thought Devourer to your opponent, or if they steal it with Dominate then the hand size reduction will apply to them.

Thought Devourer only affects its controller. The 'you' in its effect would become the opponent who controls it.
