First of all, this deck is fantastic.
Hrm, Pillory of the Sleepless could work in sideboard if they aren't creature heavy enough to warrant 12 fogs. "Didn't get to sleep last night till the morning came around"
Wall of Omens could help to stabilize, and help you find the Heaven's Gate or Jovial Evil that you just can't seem to draw already. "The words of the prophets are written on the subway walls."
If a reasonable budget wasn't the name of the game, I'd recommend Painter's Servant in a heartbeat. "I see a red door..."

Anti-white, huh?
Black Knight is a cheap, efficient creature that your friend will never be able to block.
Dystopia could help against enchantments, if that's what your friend is going for.
Gloom will be essential, especially if you decide to go the discard route.
Hand of Cruelty is like Black Knight.
Inquisition is inexpensive, and gives you some reach.
Jovial Evil is similar to Inquisition.
Knight of Infamy, Knight of Stromgald, Order of the Ebon Hand and Stromgald Crusader would be good if you decide to go aggro.
Lifebane Zombie is a solid pick, especially for the discard route.
Marauding Knight could be a bomb against your friend.
Self-Inflicted Wound gets around protection.
Stromgald Cabal should probably go in no matter what.
Virtue's Ruin should definitely go in no matter what.

You could thin this down with the following changes.
Jovial Evil, Powerleech, All Hallow's Eve, needs to be side board.I would remove Gauntlet of Might and ManabarbsBooster Tutor, Black Lotus, Blacker Lotus, Chicken Egg are illegal.
I don't yet know what you have to type to list a specific art on a card, but for a Rush deck, you need Rush art, lol. I'll figure that out in a sec.
