Just some cards to consider if you want to stick with your game plan: Ajani, Caller of the Pride, Pride of the Clouds, Leonin Skyhunter and Arrester's Zeal. Also I would consider taking a look at your mana base considering how much money you want to spend.

Depending on how much you'd like to stick to cool-looking Japaneese Instants, play-wise I'd recommend to drop entirely for less tapplands & quicker gameplay.

You could put in Call to Glory or Hundred-Talon Strike . Alternatively, if you're ready to loose your Samurai constraint even more, Arrester's Zeal would match what you'd like to get ;)

Some thoughts:

1) it’s important to know why Angelic Exaltation and Divine Visitation are overkill, and bad, in this deck. If Krenko can start doing his thing, then you win by a wave of 1/1s. It won’t matter if they’re angels, or if one’s really swole, cause you win anyway. So these cards serve no real purpose.

2) the goblin tribe is meant to be a fast one, but more importantly the modern format in general is super-quick. In that purpose, 4-drops are a rarity. I’d recommend keeping Krenko in the deck, but dropping all the other 4-and-5cmc cards for ones costing 1-3.

3) you’re running too few lands in my opinion - 22 seems like a better fit.

4) buffs like Angelic Exaltation and Arrester's Zeal feel wrong in this deck

5) Shock is a really bad card. If you can’t upgrade to Lightning Bolt and/or Goblin Grenade , i still wouldn’t recommend running Shock... in that case just run more gobbos instead.

6) i don’t think you should be running creatures that aren’t gobbos - stuff like Healer's Hawk might help you chip in for a few damage, but in the long run it’ll make any tribal buffs weaker

Not my first thought on a dovin deck, so my first thought would be to give the idea of what I saw with him in oathbreaker, Blightsteel Colossus as the only artifact in the deck, and Shape Anew as the signature spell (or colossus as only creature and Polymorph as the signature). the rest of the deck would mostly be treating the deck like a Edric, Spymaster of Trest deck with many 1 cmc hard to block creatures ( Bident of Thassa could be pretty sweet)

now for this deck, any sort of 1 cmc cantrip can help increase consistency, Arrester's Zeal in most cases won't be a good card for your deck (the pump with added flying won't really be relevant most cases), Dramatic Reversal if you play it most people will assume an Isochron Scepter is in your deck somewhere, so a Rally of Wings might be more relevant.

Arrester's Zeal might be a good replacement for Desperate Lunge since flying is more likely to be relevant before blocks.
