Burn/discard style, featuring heavy hitters focused on an aggro approach, with the ability to turn off lifegain, and then burn for an easy 10 damage by turn four to hopefully seal the deal. The combination of being able to play Tainted Remedy to counter lifegain strats that could make the damage the deck can deal null is a great help by itself, but with Aria of Flame coming out the turn after, it flips Aria's effects around, making your opponent lose ten life, making Aria all upside. If somehow they're still around after that, Aria will trigger off all of our low cmc burns and discard spells, and don't forget the beaters we have access to. Kroxa fills the role of both burn and discard, while being on a huge body if we can escape it. Death's Shadow will play off of our lands hurting us fairly well, and thoughtseize and the like will also help fuel him by keeping our life total low. Scourge is the same way, but you can drop him much sooner for potentially better board state. And he comes with a nice failsafe in the form of his kicker ability. He himself, while a rather high mana cost one, is a burn as well. Nothing in the deck is over three cmc, not counting Scourge's kicker cost.
