This revolves mostly around the combo of Blistercoil Weird + Dual Casting , but with the added power of Illusionist's Bracers. I will explain the interaction incase you haven't seen the original:

Cast Lightning Bolt. Blistercoil Weird's effect goes on the stack. In response, pay one red and tap it for Dual Casting . Another bolt will go on the stack above Blistercoil's effect (or two if it was equipped with Illusionist's Bracers.) It resolves, and then the Weird untaps and gets +1/+1 from its ability. Again, in response to the original bolt, pay one red and tap the Weird again for another bolt or two. These resolve and then the original resolves.

Cerulean Wisps is a fun little card that keeps the above going for even longer. Browbeat either gets me cards or deals quite a bit of damage. Manamorphose lets me chain more spells and draws me cards. Pyromancer's Goggles provides a touch more mana and adds even more spells to the stack. Nivmagus Elemental is a nice blocker and can eat spells to become huge. Guttersnipe deals some damage upon casting, and Fire Servant... let's just say it's Fire Servant.
