I've got this Jeleva, Nephalia's Scourge commander deck, and the problem with that is the people in my playgroup don't play many instants or sorceries. In fact, I nearly always whiff on each of their decks, and then I have cast 2-3 spells and have 1/3 potato lying around until I topdeck an Unsummon effect or someone attacks me with a 3/x.
Is there a way that I can get Jeleva to exile cards from graveyards, from hands, etc.- any spells that let Jeleva exile instants and sorceries while she's on the battlefield? Anything at all?
I've searched more than a few terms but I would love help looking.

Slow, shoestring budget decks. Stuff like Roon of the Hidden Realm blink, The Ur-Dragon
dragon tribal, Olivia Voldaren vampire tribal, and Golos, Tireless Pilgrim upkeep trigger tribal.

You could try Conjurer's Closet and Thassa, Deep-Dwelling to get repeatable bounce.
Also, Spark Double and silly things like Blade of Selves and Mirror Gallery if you don't mind jumping hoops or just pulling rabbits out of hats.
Edit: Never mind on the first two recs, just caught the mana requirement. Instead I would run Crystal Shard to bounce your own creature.

What about cards that cause players to put cards from their hand or graveyard onto the top of their library? That way you can just use her native ability to do the exiling.

As far as my research shows, no such card exists, sorry! :( (I'd be interested to hear what kind of decks your opponents are playing to have so few instants/sorceries, though. Nikya of the Old Ways?
