Ok, heres how this works. You create a card to the specifications of the person above you, then list your own card idea for the next person. I'll start.
Variety XX
Sorcery
If X is 2 or lower, draw X cards. If X is 3, put X +1/+1 counters on X target creatures. If X is 4, return X target creatures from your graveyard to the battlefield. If X is 5 or more, Variety deals x damage to target creature or player. If X is 10 or more, you win the game.
Create a life gaining multicolored Turtle with power twice it's toughness or vice versa.
Loxodon Warchief
Creature - Elephant
Elephant and Equipment spells you cast cost less to cast
Elephant creatures you control get +1/+1 for each equipment attached to them

Elephants need tribal support. Also, Loxodon should be its own tribe, although I'm sure that fans of Naga probably wish that they could benefit from snake synergy, so whatever.

The sun made its way through the sky. The shadows followed.
Draft common, probably for a delirium set or something similar.
On that thought, create a card with delirium. Bonus points if it's not a permanent.

If I could errata the above card, Inuyasha would be a Human Dog Demon. Either way is technically true to the character, so you didn't do anything wrong TypicalTimmy. It's just that the Tetsusaiga card I created before that doesn't mesh otherwise.

I'd love to continue with the Inuyasha theme, but that challenge sat for a while. Also, it's going to be a new page, so I'll just issue a wildcard challenge and leave it up to you if you use that wildcard to make more Inuyasha cards.

Corrosive Engine

At the beginning of your end step, put a corrosion counter on Corrosive Engine. Then, each Equipment deals X damage to its equipped creature and each non-Equipment artifact deals X damage to its controller where X is the number of corrosion counters on Corrosive Engine.

-12 Nicol Bolas, the Black Hole deals X damage to each opponent, other planeswalker, and creature, where X is the number of cards exiled by Nicol Bolas, the Black Hole. For each permanent destroyed this way, exile that permanent and put a loyalty counter on Nicol Bolas, the Black Hole.

This was a terrible design. A horrible, regrettable design. Energy counters should not be used to pay for casting costs. Oh God have mercy on my soul.

This is for CordellWambach. I beat griffstick to the finishline ;) Sorry bro, couldn't let you do this one!
Due to the restrictive limits of MTG.Design, I was not able to put the "Sinaro, the Patient One can be your commander." text at the bottom of the card. Normally you'd set the "Size" to 4, then use the top 3 for abilities and the 4th for that text. However in this case you actually need 5 fields, which the site doesn't provide.
Could use a bit of balancing, but the proxy turned out really awesome!

seshiro_of_the_orochi I have the same pipe dream, bro. I'm thinking Sultai Frog Ninja commander, with Yarok in the 99. Also, looking back, both the creature and the tokens should be 3/1.
