I was thinking of going rabbit tribal with Finneas, Ace Archer which seems like it could be the best choice, but I can't help but wonder if there might be something even better? What do you think? Is Finneas a good enough choice?

Delney, Streetwise Lookout is pretty ridiculous with Hare Apparent. Arabella, Abandoned Doll is good too. However, Arabella gets enough value from other cards that I prefer playing about 15-20 apparents. So Arabella if you want mostly other cards, delney if you want most cards to be hare apparent.

Zinnia is busted and very fun.

Zinnia, a Hare Parent Apparently [Primer] if you're looking for any inspiration.

I assume Jetmir, Nexus of Revels would be fun too.

What about a mono-white blink deck with Toby, Beastie Befriender at the helm?

How pushed do you want your deck to be? If you don't mind leaning into the Commander a bit you could easily use Captain Sisay, the ceiling is tutoring up Thrumming Stone I guess, but finding other Legendary stuff is also very useful, offering you a tool box to solve problems or a win con once you've gotten set up.

I also think Jetmir would be pretty bonkers, and Red gives you stuff like Impact Tremorsfoil and Purphoros, God of the Forge, these are great back up win cons if you can't win via attacking for some reason.

I'm kind of fond of Rhys the Redeemed. Green gives you access to card draw and mana accel, so you can keep playing more copies of Hare Apparent every turn. Rhys also can double your tokens on his own. All this extra card draw will also help you get to the Thrumming Stone (or to an artifact tutor). Finally, this gives you access to Parallel Lives, for another token doubler if you need it.

You must make a decision, as with all token decks. Do you want to anthem and Cathars' Crusade your bunnies to be huge? Or do you want to use Meekstone and Dusk / Dawn to mess with your opponents while not hurting yourself at all?

if you have the lands to support 5 colors, i always recommend going that route. in my humble opinion, having access to more options is better than any synergy the commander can provide, especially when that legend can just be thrown in the 99. having black gives access to Harsh Sustenance and Foul-Tongue Shriek and of course some of the best removal. blue has Day of the Dragons and the usual blue staples.
