Jeskai Commander?

On a quest to build a fun/different deck for each color. I currently have 27 out of 32 built; with 2 being built (black play your opponents deck, green toolbox) and 2 planned (red/black cruel control, colorless artifacts). Jeskai is where I am not certain where I want to go. Looking for suggestions. I dont want non interactive decks (i dont want to play several several turns in a row), and I dont want to lock everyone else out of playing (i already have 2 hated decks in my playgroup). Its just none of the commanders really speak to me as something I'd want to play. The closest is Bruse Tarl, Boorish Herder // Ishai, Ojutai Dragonspeaker - but it would need to be different from just voltron (my non green deck does that already). Thoughts / opinions?

Honestly I think Zedruu the Greathearted is the most different from any commander you can do.
I wouldn't really recommend this but I will anyways Numot, the Devastator land destroy deck. Just don't expect to play it against people pretty much ever.
Shu Yun, the Silent Tempest is most efficient when used as more voltron but can be used politically when you cast on other people's turns giving their creatures double strike and other stuffs.
Ruhan of the Fomori another decent voltron guy but also loves chaos. you never know who you will kill and you can throw all the funny chaos cards in too.

Either Zedruu the Greathearted or Ruhan of the Fomori are both pretty cool.
With Zedruu you could make a really fun group hug deck, or have a sneaky control deck with some harsh backbiting. For example, the C11 vows (eg Vow of Duty) are a really cool way to screw everyone else. Cumulative upkeep costs are an interesting way of abusing things as well.
Ruhan could also be interesting in group hug, or maybe... I have a vision for him. I want to make him a spellslinger voltron thing. With Monastery Mentors and Slip Through Spaces and maybe Zada, Hedron Grinder. Seems like it could be cool.
Exhibit C, however, is something no one has mentioned yet, not even you. It's a totally ridiculous idea. Ishai, Ojutai Dragonspeaker and Kraum, Ludevic's Opus. A deck that punishes opponents for casting spells.

Kraum Ishai fliers is another option, using stuff like Gravitational Shift, Archon of Redemption, Windreader Sphinx, Dragon Tempest, and Mudslide.

Thanks for all the input. I'm thinking I might mix the ideas of ZendikariWol and MagicalHacker and do Ishai, Ojutai Dragonspeaker and Kraum, Ludevic's Opus with flying and other ways to punish playing spells. Only one issue, I only know of rhystic study and Sunscorch Regent to punish other players casting spells that would fit. Will have to look for cards to go in this deck. Maybe even add a +1/+1 counter sub-theme.

As Narset, Enlightened Master is exactly what you dont want, i'd suggest Zedruu the Greathearted. He definitly is a blast to play and somewhat different from "normal" commanders.
Different route would be Ruhan of the Fomori with a control shell or maybe voltron?
