In my mono 'political' Horobi deck I run Hex Parasite for planeswalkers, Karn, Silver Golem for artifacts and I did have Nevinyrral's Disk for enchantments:

However every time I draw it I seldom want to put it into play, normally because enchantment destruction sets us back (Phyrexian Arena, Necropotence etc.). Are either Spine of Ish Sah or scoured from existence better options?
Scoured is instant speed, but we can recur Spine with Beacon of Unrest
Spine of Ish Sah gets returned to your hand when it is put in the gy from play. So beacon wouldn't help it

Spine of Ish Sah is wonderful if you have artifact recursion, the disk is a good way to recover board state and to say "Don't fuck with me or I'll fuck with you."

Turn them into artifacts with Liquimetal Coating?

Or you can run Oblivion Stone or budget version Perilous Vault for everything.

There's also Unstable Obelisk, which serves a double purpose at least

Thanks all (brokendwarf, Ghosthunter39, Simon_Williamson, MindAblaze, Raging_Squiggle, greyninja). And if we take budget out of the equation, how do All Is Dust, and Karn Liberated stack up?

Karn Liberated is very good; but in my experience you usually play him, use one ability, then he's dead before the turn comes back around lol
Obviously if you can get him to sticks it's a powerhouse >:)

Those two work amazingly well. If they can't answer them that's game. Period.

I guess it's a more along the lines of "Is spot removal more helpful than wipes"?
