I want to build storm in EDH, but where do i start i believe grixis to be the best color combo but if there are others that work well with storm let me know. For my commander i dont know who i should play if i were to become Grixis i would probably Jeleva or Sedri. I started playing in Theros and while i know a good amount of cards from before then i cant possibly know them all so suggestions would be great im looking for more cards like Dark Ritual, and ofc other storm reccomends would be nice too. THANK YOU IN ADVANCE.

KillKid20095,
IMO, the definitive Storm build is Jeleva's Pile of Broken, by moxnix

Melek, Izzet Paragon is arguably the best spell-slinging Storm commander there is.

Opps i should mentioned that i want more of a thinking build with lines of play and that kind of thing, not a spam big spells kind of deck.

I don't quite understand what you're asking for. A creature based storm deck?

A deck that will chain a bunch of Cantrips into a Tendrils of Agony or something related. Not a deck that just wants to drop Cheap Big spells, and i feel like Melek is one of those i would also prefer three colors for more options.

3 colors is a little more spread out than you'd want for storm. Which is why modern storm is blue/red only. Makes it more consistent for lands and colors.

However, since that is what you want, I would also suggest Narset, Enlightened Master. She's pretty decent at storming, and copying her trigger a bunch of times lets you get your storm count higher. Sure there's no black for Tendrils of Agony, but you have Grapeshot and Brain Freeze

Grixis Storm - see the moxnix link above for an incredibly expensive but fully optimized list - is easily better than UR lists. This is because the Black tutors provide so much consistency that you simply lack otherwise. Winning through storm count alone is tough in Commander because even if your opponents have managed to get each other down to 30 life apiece when you hit your fundamental turn, that's still 90 life or 45 copies of Tendrils of Agony if you're trying to do that by itself.

Far easier in Commander is to think of a storm list as one that chains together cantrips, tutors, and rituals until (or after) casting Ad Nauseam to draw a chunk of your deck, then win through a Laboratory Maniac combo supported by the couple of counterspells you've drawn into at this point. I've built and played a Nekusar list that more or less works this way but includes Waste Not and a bunch of wheels to refill its hand. The deck rarely even casts its general even though wheeling the table repeatedly with Nekusar in play can win. This is because it often storms out into the Maniac win before it could even get Nekusar into play. And I wasn't even using a fully optimized list! If you want to see what the list looks like, search up "Waste Not Nekusar" for a tuned list. It should be running about 31-33 lands and have an average CMC of 2.0 or lower.

That said, if you really want to go UR with Melek or Mizzix and win by storm count, look into Epic Experiment and Ignite Memories as enablers/wincons. Those should be right up your alley given what you'd like to do.

Now to completely and 100% throw my own deck out there, but I mean, just as an example of how you could create a Storm deck, I have my...

This deck is a Narset, Enlightened Master EDH deck that runs no creatures or lands. Although, the main point is that of what I describe in the description: the Storm cards. I end up casting between a minimum of 4 (rarely happens), average of 30-40, and up to a maximum of an infinite spells each turn. And this deck runs multiple extra turn cards, so I mean, it can do quite a bit.

If you can't read the description like I have recieved a report or two of, I will copy/paste, in the spoiler below, what Storm cards I have and what happens with them:
