With Duress and Consuming Vapors, you can throw a monkey wrench into your opponents plans early on, incapacitating them while you make a mana ramp with your Myr, Crypt Ghasts, and other artifacts. This allows you to summon and equip Elbrus, the Binding Blade, and if you attach it to a Tormented Soul, it goes without saying that you can have the battlefield under your thumb at the low cost of all of Withengar's Facebook friends.
