Basically, it wants to run a lot like Rakdos Storm. Instead of trying to hit a high storm count though, I want to throw Lightning Bolt on the stack, then resolve a Quicken into a Worldfire. I know Quicken is blue, and that's why I'm running some filter stuff. Anyway, if I can get all my silliness to resolve, then profit!
