Could you help me upgrading my deck ?

I've got this deck at home for some months now and I have been updating it a few times to make it better and better. I've lost many games at the beginning but with time and upgrade, I'm winning more and more.

I use small creature for luring and blocking while adding mana source. Then, I cast my vampires and boost them with the opponent creatures or my own.

I just added Ulvenwald Tracker and Basilisk Collar that desperately needed to be there. I did not test it just yet, but I already know that it's what the deck needed. It just fits perfectly. I will only have to manage the numbers.
