Blue Black Surveil deck. All of our creatures either help us surveil or benefit from us doing it. Dream Eater and Whisper Agent having flash lets us keep our mana up in case we want to cast anything else. Narcomoeba, Chemist Insight and Creeping Chill also have abilities that work off of surveil, which gives our deck good synergy. We have Notion Rain and Chemist Insight as our draw spells. Price of Fame and Veraska's Contempt as our kill spells. Enhanced Surveillance lets us look further into our deck and a way to make sure we don't mill ourselves with Surveil.
