Rofellos is only banned as your commander... You can still have him in your deck.

We've got Cyclonic Rift but not Mizzium Mortars? overload is silly good in this format, especially in the later turns.

Primordial Hydra seems like one of the biggest threats mono green can come up with here. Also Glimpse the Unthinkable is a pretty good finisher for a control deck here.

Ratchet Bomb ... Gaze of Granite ... Prohibit ... Thran Turbine ... Trinket Mage ... Sunforger do some work also.

Some of these are pretty suspect. Spell Blast? Thalia? Plaguebearer? Tectonic Edge? These are not particularly powerful in this format.
