This U/R Standard deck is a burn/aggro/Wizard/deck. Honestly, since it's a budget deck, and I'm not the best of players, it's probably not that good, but the goal of the deck is to snipe out potential blockers and counter-aggression from creatures, and then either beat down your opponent with pumped wizards or burn (spell) them alive, or a mixture of both. It's pretty simple. As always, feedback is welcome.
