It's mostly budget, but it still maintains that RDW feel that I was going for. All of the creatures are haste except for the 1 drop and the multicolor enables Jund Hackblade to do its thing. The cascade intensifies the hasty flavor of the deck while the wither discourages their blocking in hopes of getting them low enough to finish them with the Madcap Skills .
