Perhaps rather than Vraska the Unseen , I'd go with Black Sun's Zenith .

And without a way to get things back from the graveyard, Grisly Salvage doesn't seem worth it. Instead maybe use Carnifex Demon or Flourishing Defenses .

Also adding blue would give access to things like Deepglow Skate , Skeleton Ship , Vedalken Anatomist , Fuel for the Cause , Corrupted Conscience , Viral Drake , Thrummingbird , and most importantly, Inexorable Tide . Add Thassa, God of the Sea to make your creatures unblockable, while giving a scry each turn, and it seems like it should be an easy.

So overall, I think the deck would be better dropping either dropping green completely and replacing it with blue, or dropping cards like Vraska the Unseen , Golgari Charm , Putrefy , and Scuzzback Scrapper and replacing them with the blue cards mentioned above.

Diplomatic Immunity has no effect on the interaction at all. If a creature with Diplomatic Immunity on it blocks a Scuzzback Scrapper it will have a -1/-1 counter put on it. If a creature with Diplomatic Immunity on it blocks Boggart Ram-Gang it will have three -1/-1 counters put on it.

Neither combat damage, nor the replacement effect created by wither target. Therefore; Diplomatic Immunity will not do anything since nothing is trying to target the creature it is enchanting.

One thing I have to say... 14 land makes me NERVOUS. Even in a mono colored deck, that seems like way to few... I'd at least go to 18... and maybe add more ways to make the mana you can't get to if you need it (fill out the playset of Rootbound Crag).

Have you considered creatures that could use either color of mana? Wild Cantor, Scuzzback Scrapper or Tattermunge Maniac could hit the board no matter what color source you draw.

Just some ideas... what do you think?

What's a GB snek deck without Snake Cult Initiation?

Also, hybrid cards that aren't G/B (like Scuzzback Scrapper and Safehold Elite) aren't technically legal in a G/B deck because of the rules of color identity, but I think that's a stupid rule, so if your playgroup doesn't mind don't worry about it.

Cultbrand Cinder, Kulrath Knight, Pyrrhic Revival, Everlasting Torment, Growing Ranks, Safehold Elite, Gravelgill Axeshark, Grief Tyrant, Heartmender, Fate Transfer, Reknit, Scar, and Scuzzback Scrapper aren't legal with Hapatra as your commander. Hybrid mana counts as both colors for the purposes of color identity. Maybe it shouldn't, but it currently does.

I just throw some cards in that you can maybe optain for your deck because there just good.

Legion Loyalist, Mogg Fanatic, Rakdos Cackler, Scuzzback Scrapper, Vexing Devil, Spark Elemental, Goblin Fireslinger, Akroan Crusader, Goblin Rabblemaster, Goblin Chieftain

Lightning Bolt, Lightning Strike, Lava Spike, Rift Bolt, Chain Lightning, Titan's Strength, Dynacharge, Impact Tremors, Krenko's Command, Hordeling Outburst, Dragon Fodder, Rouse the Mob

SOme of them arent budget friendly but there are many budget friendly choices.

I will probably replace the higher cmc mana dorks with rocks, but I'm going to keep some of them, as they serve double duty as conspire enablers. (This is also why I have creatures like Wild Cantor and Scuzzback Scrapper)

I actually completely forgot about loreseeker's stone and will almost definitely add that, as I often have a small hand size and lots of mana.
