Sub $300 Azorius Control

I'm a chronic drafter and MTGO player looking to make the jump to paper standard. The price right now in standard is prohibitively high though. I have a few staples already including 1 x Jace, 1 x Sphinx, 1 x Supreme Verdict, and some uncommons/commons, so the rest of my deck needs to be limited to spending $300. The mana alone costs me a solid $50 it looks like. That leaves me with $250 to buy the meat and potatoes of this deck, which I hope will prove competitive at FNM.

Why Azorius Control? I definitely want to play a control deck here. I have played a decent UR control deck online, but its not T1. T1 potential is impotant.

So, the real question is Bant, Azorius, or American Control. I think the only sub-$300/350 option there is Azorius. Would love to hear your guys thoughts. Thanks!

Ok... not sub-300.. Or $350 even. I know some of the prices quoted here are a little high, but I'm not sure what I should be cutting. I really like the Sphinx's Revelation. I could hypothetically cut them for roughly $10 off each. I suppose the next place I would look would be cutting two Tamiyos in favor of some Jace Memory Adept. That would be a net savings of around $35... Closer....
