Copied deck - Saw this deck posted and initially could not work out what was going on. It is essentially a simple boggle deck, with Vine Mare as the boggle, but contained far too few equipments that could turn Vine Mare into a game winner. Satyr Enchanter works as a card-draw mechanism. Llanowar Elves provides early mana-ramp. I should think that Shalai, Voice of Plenty is the key card.

/ control is difficult, but Prison Realm and Seal Away provides some protection, while you can bring in cards like Sky Tether , Ixalan's Binding and Divine Arrow . Settle the Wreckage is a standard main- or side-board card in most decks with

I think that, with these changes, the deck might just work.
