Looking for advice on BUDGET maindeck/sideboard options that may fit current Modern meta-game better. This is my first Modern deck, so I have absolutely no concept of what's being played right now, or how. Staying budget to casually learn about and experience the format.

Typical Simic Flash Aggro-Control shenanigans. Draw, Go. Hold up mana and counter their stuff, or advance my board state on their EoT.

If $$$ was no issue, would use Voidslime , Vendilion Clique , Breeding Pool , and Hinterland Harbor... but, alas.
