The main idea is to get turn 1 Death's Shadow turn 2 Lotleth Troll maybe discard a Force of Savagery for a counter on lotleth turn 3 Varolz, the Scar-Striped maybe discard another card for counter on lotleth swing for a couple turn 4 scavenge as much as you can onto lotleth then swing for lethal damage.
