Haunt of Hightower is fun in Commander, so why can't it be played in Standard? Wait, no.

This deck focuses on discard payoffs such as Haunt of Hightower and Fell Specter in Standard, along with cards such as Duress, Divest, and Vicious Rumors to force cards out of the opponent's hand. Liliana's spoils also lets us pseudo-tutor for these cards. Basilica Bell-Haunt and Kaya's Wrath are the reason this deck is Orzhov, because Bell-Haunt gains us life while forcing the opponent to discard, and Kaya's Wrath is, well, another 4-mana wrath. Also running Settle the Wreckage, because both it and Kaya's Wrath work with Haunt of Hightower, in that +1/+1 counters are added whenever a card goes into an opponent's graveyard from anywhere. Removal such as Vraska's Contempt and Cast Down help as well.
