The idea of this deck is to control things until I can get out tatyova and start drawing tons of cards off lands. I use grow from the ashes as it can give you 2 untapped lands for 5 mana which will usually allow you to leave that mana up for a counter spell along with drawing you two cards normally. I also keep in vodalian arcanist to ramp my instants and sorceries, block when needed, and be an extra wizard for Wizard's retort. Multani is to end the game after I have drawn a billion cards and have a lot of lands on the battlefield.

Weakness is probably midrange. This deck definately doesn't do too well against carnage tyrant. As a result I put in a Rivers Rebuke in the sideboard if either there are tons of hexproof stuff that I cant get rid of or if a token strategy can get out of hand to easily. I also threw in Sylvan Awakening for if I need to temporarily go wide.

Lastly I threw in some artifact/enchantment removal in for certain machups. Wouldnt be surprised if Broken Bond later got mainboarded as I wouldn't be surprised if more historic cards start to see play. Its also nice because it plays well into the ramp strategy.
