Mono Black Zombies. Aims to stall the board with Zombie threats, then finish the opponent(s) with Grey Merchant.

Undead Warchief sounds good, but since this is a Devotion deck, there aren't many colorless mana costs for it to reduce. A deck maining 4 Lord of the Accursed and playing lots of colorless costs would also play 4 Undead Warchief.

If you can't afford the Cavern of Souls, replace 3 of them with Swamps, then replace the 4th with a second copy of Graf Reaver.
