semi-aggressive artifact buff deck, the main goal is to buff hangerback walker with loads of +1/+1 counters and to get mishra on the battlefield, then murder hangerback walker for various amounts of Thopter tokens and then attack with mishra and the Thopter tokens for various amounts of health gain. defenders are there for buffing protection.
