The idea is to make a Mirror-Mad Phantasm token so you can burn your whole deck when you fire off his ability. You then win with Laboratory Maniac or use Psychic Spiral to refill your library and completely mill theirs. Jarad's Orders set you up for the win if you have a Seance in play as it puts a Maniac in your hand and the Phantasm into the graveyard just waiting to be Seanced.

Took out the green and black and went straight Azorius with some added Detention Spheres, Cyclonic Rifts, and Supreme Verdicts. Also added a set of Amass the Components.
