Obviously, this is a mill deck, with a sideline in getting your opponents to discard cards.

The chump blockers of Augur of Skulls and Nezumi Shortfang support the card discard strategy, with Hedron Crab milling. Grim Harvest allows a certain amount of recycling.

Siren of the Silent Song is a little expensive, but contributes to both the milling and discard strategies. If you can avoid blockers - or use Oracle's Insight to tap - it's a useful card.

The Glimpse the Unthinkable and Mind Funeral are straight mill cards. Meanwhile, Grafdigger's Cage should be on hand to prevent too much in the way of graveyard shenanigans.

The finishing combo of Consuming Aberration and Phenax, God of Deception gives an exponential milling effect. In multiplayer, they can also swing in to give a third player a reasonable amount of straight damage.

Updates Add

Replaced Haunting Echoes with Grim Harvest, which removes a high cost card that reduces (!) the size of an opponents graveyard with one that can recycle Augur of Skulls at one end, or retrieve Consuming Aberration at the other. Still considering whether to actually create a sideboard for Grafdigger's Cage and replace it (and Oracle's Insight) with Sword of Body and Mind and Aqueous Form.
