Noticed I had lot of "Proliferate" cards I've built up over the years, I combined those with traded cards from friends and people at local tournaments. When I pieced it together it didn't seem like much, But the potential is pretty great with it so far. I doubt it will be very competitive, and any suggestions on improving would be greatly appreciated. I'm also not sure if any of these are banned tbh. Lands will be updated as soon as I get better ones that aren't in other decks.
