Ok, it doesn't really transcend Pauper but it packs a punch :)
This deck uses Flying, Lifelink and Extort to wear down your opponent while maintaining a solid life total.
It relies heavily on enchantments to boost your own creatures and stifle your opponent's creatures.

The Main Ideas:
1) Edge of the Divinity gives +3/+3 to creatures. Combined with Ethereal Armor or Predator's Gambit, on turn 3 (or turn 2 for Nip Gwyllion) you can have:
6/6 or 6/5 Nip Gwyllion
9/9 or 9/8 Nightsky Mimic
6/6 or 6/5 Mourning Thrull
7/6 or 7/5 Tithe Drinker

2) Use Journey to Nowhere to remove enemy blockers while increasing Ethereal Armor's boost. If you need it, Pay No Heed can save your butt in so many ways - protecting against Deathtouch, Infect and even Hexproof creatures as well as some big burn spells etc.

3) Having plenty of flyers is a nice offensive advantage - especially if your opponent doesn't have many.

4) Don't underestimate Extort. Once you start top-decking you can use your spare mana to gain a couple of extra life each turn. It all adds up pretty nicely.
