so imma take out the three Essence Backlash and one Goblin Electromancer for the three Curiositys and one Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind
as suggested by ajacobik and now i gotta figure out what to remove for two mindcrankss b/c yes, turning my mills into burns would be extraordinary! thanks a lot guys i really appreciate it all!

Ashby he said his deck is to counter spells and burn them to death so Mind Sculpt would'nt really work.

The name of the deck is Burning Mill. The only mill card in it is Jace. And besides, with Guttersnipe everything is a burn spell. And discard 7 for 2 is never bad. Without more mill spells Jace is really kind of useless in this deck in my opinion.

But only milling seven wont do anything. I agree with ajacobik. Pick one and stick with it.
Other than that, I'm not a huge fan of Izzet Charm . Take those out and add 1 Lightning Bolt and 2 Ponder . Then take out Fog Bank for Delver of Secrets Flip , Dissipate for 1 Shock and 2 card:Runechanter's Pike, and one of each basic land for 2 more Ponder s. if you have enough burn spells that can also potentially kill an opponent, you shouldn't need too many counters. Maybe even try Quest for Pure Flame which could work with Guttersnipe .
