One card you may want to add to the sideboard if aggro decks with many X/1's become popular, which seems likely, is Circle of Flame. Also, I don't think having 3x Shrapnel Blast in the main and 2x Shrapnel Blast in the sideboard is a very effective strategy :)

In my experiance I liked Generator Servant over Renowned Weaponsmith. But he is only a one time use.

Circle of Flame in sideboard is good against Goblins or Elves. I'd also go up to 4 Scuttlesworths and down to 1 Soul.

Oh yeah. Great deck by the way. I think in terms of improving the deck i personally would lower the curve a littlebit and up the numbers on some of your better cards.

Ghirapur AEther Grid over Break Through the Line in my opinion, provides spot removal and getting the last bit in when necessary, and being able to tap 2 Darksteel Citadels for a damage is never a bad thing.

Also do not underestimate Thopter Spy Network, both abilities stack and can get out of control, i'm a huge fan of that card.

I'm jsut not sure Aether Grid is worth a spot in the 75.

Have you considered running 2-3 copies of Tormod's Crypt now that reanimator is still at large?

One idea to improve the playtesting of this deck on this site would be to put a Thopter Assembly in to provide 1/1 Thopter tokens until they get added for the new cards.

You definitely need something to deal with Virulent Plague because it pretty much trashes every thopter you get on the board. Whether that be Obelisk of Urd or splashing another color for enchantment removal you need to figure out something

Not sure I can do much, but Obelisk in the SB might work.

Not only the plauge, but it seems that Sphinx's Tutelage is going to be a massive problem. Seems to be that anywhere except here, turbo-fog, life-gain or other decks built around it are becoming a bit of a problem and are making the game no fun. Enchantment hate seems to be a must have right now.

Tomb is just too slow, this is more of an Aggro deck.

I playtested this deck for FNM. I want to give you some constructive feedback. Went against 3 esper control or variant of it and 1 abzan mid range. Finished 3rd place. Basically, the games were over quickly if I got Ensoul Artifact since on turn 2 I was able to start swinging for 5, by turn 4 I usually finished it with Shrapnel Blast. If this happened, the rest of the deck was basically without purpose. Which seemed really odd to me.

However, in games where that didn't happen, I basically had to watch almost everything I played be countered and then either pray to get some things out by them running out of counterspells in hand (which did happen eventually) or timing my plays. It was a gigantic pain in the @ss. The blue white variant was especially nasty with Elspeth of course but also things like swift reckoning and ways to recycle creatures (return jace to the field). Anyway tons of removal. It was slow and brutal. God I hate control decks.

Abzan was interesting too even though I got trounced.

Bottom line this deck is missing something. You're using blue but you have no card draw outside of 4 mana cost enchant that honestly doesn't pay off that well (max 1 card per turn IF you deal damage to a player) unless you're already leading the match, no counterspell, no removal outside of Shrapnel Blast and some weak 1 damage burn in the sideboard. I felt I was missing some of the essential tools I needed to be able to properly function in standard. It felt like I had no obvious answers to what my opponents were doing which was problematic. Here's some comments about cards:

Soul of New Phyrexia didn't come in useful at all. I would cut that and replace it with some of the things I mentioned was missing.Ghirapur Gearcrafter isn't worth keeping in the deck, it simply wasn't effective.Break Through the Line wasn't useful, the mana cost involved to active it just wasn't worthwhile at any point.Thopter Spy Network didn't make the difference needed for a 4 drop enchantment, but I would keep it in if you don't grab more card draw.

The sideboard felt weak outside of Phyrexian Revoker and Tormod's Crypt (because I went against 3 esper control decks) and Rending Volley because of abzan, though it didn't make a difference since I didn't get them in game 2. It didn't feel useful.
