Combo deck relying on Exquisite Blood combined with either Dina, Soul Steeper or Marauding Blight-Priest.

When both cards are on the board, you need to trigger the combo by either making damage to the opponent (if they don't have enough blockers) or by gaining a single life point, either through dropping a Jungle Hollow, a Cauldron Familiar or even a Gift of Paradise, then the opponent will lose all their hp (unless they can remove the creature or enchantment at instant speed).

An ideal starting hand would be Forest, Llanowar Elves, Swamp, Cultivate, Exquisite Blood, Dina, Soul Steeper, Jungle Hollow, played in that order for a turn-4-win.
