In honor of the cards I gave away, I'm making some budget decks.

I remember having 2 or 3 Atogs and thinking they didn't seem very good. But then, I never had that many great artifacts. Maybe I can change that...

I'm allowing more expensive cards if they were in my original collection, like Meekstone and Mana Vault.
