Reformatting the Lively Dirge double combo deck. Keeping the Bloodletter of Aclazotz / Rush of Dread insta-death combo. Benching the convoluted Mishra, Claimed by Gix   / Phyrexian Dragon Engine   combo in favor of a Rakdos Joins Up / Drivnod, Carnage Dominus combo.

Although you can't use Dirge to get Drivnod onto the battlefield, you can get him halfway into the graveyard, which is where you want him for Rakdos Joins Up. Drivnod comes into play with the extra 2 power, and then if he dies he double-triggers the Rakdos death trigger to deal 20 damage to the opponent.

To get Drivnod dead, you can play another Drivnod, copy him with Jaxis, the Troublemaker, or play the sneaky Unscrupulous Contractor. Or just attack with Drivnod and dare the opponent to trade in combat.

The Bloodletter combo is fairly obvious, but Bloodletter fits will with Drivnod and even the Contractor. Contractor drawing 2 cards helps dig for combo pieces.

To try to get the key cards online I'm using Goldhound and Charming Scoundrel for ramping. Atsushi, the Blazing Sky is a good mix of threat/ramp/draw that gets the trigger from Rakdos Joins Up or the double trigger from Drivnod and gives you a good sac target option with the Contractor.

I have a couple slots I'm not sure what to do with. Could use something else for the early turns. Tentatively trying out Caustic Bronco which maybe can work with the Bloodletter, but maybe I should just go spot removal like a Bitter Triumph or soft removal like Bloodtithe Harvester. I didn't like a sweeper like a Brotherhood's End or Path of Peril because I want to keep the Goldhound in play for ramping later. Something at 5 mana like Gix's Command or Burn Down the House is too late.
