I don't really know what to say. It looks like a fun deck to run! I never really ran cards that transfer the crown, but it looks like a beat ass deck for sure.

SaifurCommander thanks. It doesn't do too bad most the time.

note to self mostly: Considering removing Tamiyo's Journal, Bontu the Glorified, and Assemble the Legion for 3 more lands. I'm also going to go ahead and give the mana base a serious upgrade since it is super budget right now and this deck being my favorite ever deserves better!

I bet. I have a new deck that I haven't technically put into physical form, yet. If you'd like to take a look, I'd like to see what you think of it.

Why not run classic pillowfort cards like Sphere of safety and ghostly prison?

GGOP I have no reason not to other than needing room to test ixalan cards. currently really heavy on mana production so some point they will probably go back in. My meta wasn't very combat focused for awhile but the tribal changed that so those are good cards again.

Finally updated the list. There have been a truckload of changes since last time I updated it... I haven't gotten to play her in quite awhile though but the overall strategy really hasn't changed. Pillow, make tokens, gain life, kill the table in one of 42 ways.

I'll be trying to put some more normal pillows back in at some point. I've gotten away from those with my tinkering but I do like putting down Ghostly Prison and watching people struggle to make big plays and attack me. I may look into more life drain effects too but I'd like them to work with tokens. Something like Pontiff of Blight is a potential win-con but also just does a good job in the long term.

Having played The Druken Enraged some more I feel like I no longer want this to be a token deck and will be going for a bleed/group slug deck.

This deck looks awesome to play! Sadly I don't think my friends would appreciate me bringing this deck to the table, muahahahaha.

How do you feel about including Personal Sanctuary? This stops opponents from damaging you in any way during your own turn. Chandra's Ignition, Manabarbs and Repercussion will also be less of threat to you.

ThatGrimGuy thanks, it usually is pretty fun. I don't think most people would have an issue with the general idea of the deck. If the combos and "I win" cards are an issue those are pretty easy to pull. That would kinda suck to pull those out though as that is really what I think of as the teeth of the deck, It would function without those if you replaced them with more things like Zo-Zu the Punisher. I specifically made this deck because it gives newer players some time to play their decks without something oppressive stomping on them.

NV_1980 I'm not sure how useful that will be but it is definitely interesting. I'll have to try it. Thanks for pointing it out I don't think I've ever seen it before.

Bloodchief Ascension , once turned on, really drains the board.

With your decently low CMC, Dark Tutelage is great for card draw, and if you're focusing on life gain, the loss doesn't hurt as much.

Deadly Tempest might be a good wrath to add, especially against token decks.

shaftdiggity I'm really not sure why Bloodchief Ascension isn't already in here.... I guess I just tend to think of it as mill support. I'll definitely find a spot for it. The other two look cool I'll have to try them out. Thanks!

And we are back to a token version... Because I'm obsessed with tokens :P

Strangely the deck can work in a fairly similar fashion whether you use a bunch of 'bleed' effects or use tokens.

So last week the Divine Tokens of Marchesa (this deck, I'm being silly :P) did ok but also got utterly destroyed and didn't preform as well as the previous bleed edition. I'll give it another week or two but if this continues I'll change back.... Always had fun with the bleed version even when I lost I still did plenty of work.

You and I have a different way of building Her Majesty Queen Marchesa but I love it. I can see that is your pride and joy - there is a lot here that makes this deck good. I only have one suggestion, though: Crawlspace. It will make it even harder for your opponent to obtain the Monarchy through combat damage.

Would you be so kind as to review my Marchesa deck if you have some time? It is called Game of Marchesa. It would be highly appreciated.

Raven Rose.

Ravenrose thanks for taking a look :) I'll be sure to look at yours and comment within the next few days. I'm always interested to see how people are building Her Highness.

This is basically the deck that I've been trying and failing to build for forever. Very nice job on this.

One suggestion: Solitary Confinement

With the Monarch and a few other pain enchantments, you go from the pillow-fort to the hurt-locker.

Nesmer2 I'm glad you found my list then, feel free to steal it or pieces of it :)

Solitary Confinement definitely needs to find a space in here. I'll be making some updates here after I build my C18 inspired lists.

Very sweet deck - but the CMC seems very high. How do you find the deck curves out especially without the Mardu signets / Fellwar Stone / Talisman of Indulgence? I would recommend adding Curse of Opulence also as a great ramp spell and deterrent for your opponents to come at you.
