When Shadows over Innistrad was released and my friend told me how good Insolent Neonate was in Dredge, I was curious as to how a deck built with it would look like. Then Pauper came along. Last night I was watching a pauper gameplay video and one of the players was playing B/G Dredge. That's where the inspiration from this deck comes from.

Any help is greatly appreciated. I'm not really that great a deck building so I'd like to know what can be improved here. Thank you.
