A Sliver deck that I have constructed which is rather cheap. It revolves around Homing Sliver + Sliver Hivelord to quickly build up an indestructible force of Slivers. Here are some of the most important cards:

Aether Vial: Two counters is the most effective amount as the most Slivers, both in this deck and in total, cost two mana to cast.

Diffusion Sliver : Removal is incredibly annoying for Slivers as removing even one can break your strategy. If this doesn't stop your opponent from using their spell, at least it'll leave them with two less mana.

Gemhide Sliver/Manaweft Sliver: These are an absolute staple with Slivers. They can give you easy mana when you aren't ready to attack yet.

Homing Sliver : This is the most important card of this deck, as it is the only searcher (probably a mistake). Combined with Gemhide Sliver, this makes a pretty solid way to find the Hivelord.

Finally, Sliver Hivelord is the absolute boss. He makes your Slivers indestructible, and if you don't think that's good, you are crazy. Combined with Diffusion Sliver , you basically can't be hurt. Overall, there's a reason he's called the Hivelord.
