I hate blue. Might as well play it. The goal is to be as annoyingly blue as possible, by countering everything and milling them. The sideboard splashes black for solutions to things like Carnage Tyrant and Ghalta. Green was the main color I had in mind, but you could potentially kill any win condition with it. The walls of lost thoughts are there for some extra mill and to prevent chumps from slowly ticking you down. At the time of writing untested, but will be building in both Arena and Paper.
