Pretty basic Rakdos idea. Burn, Destroy, and hellspawn rush. Everything in the deck has a CMC less than 4 so getting "mana screwed" due to CMC's being too high isn't a likely problem here. I am considering lowering the amount of lands by 2 but I haven't fully decided yet. Tell me what you think. Keep in mind, this is a budget build and not meant to be super pricey.
