Basically 5dollarMTG's deck, but with Flame Slash instead of the Ixalan Lightning Strike. Maybe that makes it less thematic, but it's a similar visual effect to Fiery Cannonade, and anyway I don't want my pirates being struck by lightning, which is what that card appears to depict.

I'm not really sure what to tutor with Forerunner of the Coalition. Probably another Foreunner, or maybe a Dire Fleet Neckbreaker.
